- If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to cancel it.
- If your order is already shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation, the order can usually no longer be cancelled.
In that case, you can refuse the delivery (if allowed) or receive the parcel and request a return under our return policy.
