Where to Find the Batch Number

The batch number helps us track product quality and ensure you receive the best support. It is always located on the **care label** attached to the plush toy or fabric item.

  1. Locate the **care label** (usually a small, white tag) sewn into the seam of the plush toy, activity cube, or playmat.
  2. Look for the sequence of letters and numbers preceded by **"Batch"**, **"Lot"**, or **"P/N"**.
  3. **Example:** The batch number will typically look like: LOT: LBF202511F.
